Jackson Parish Burn Ban – Effective October 5, 2026
A parish-wide burn ban is now in effect for Jackson Parish. All outdoor burning is prohibited until further notice. The ban will remain in effect until weather conditions improve and it is officially cancelled.
Violations may result in a $500 fine and/or up to 6 months in jail.
