To pay your bill online, click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button on the right or at the bottom of the page. Please have your bill with you to input accurate account information and be aware that a convenience fee will apply, which is detailed below.
Pay by Phone
To pay your bill by phone, call the Toll Free number 800-701-8560. Note: This number is only for payments and should not be used to contact Town Hall. Please have your bill with you to input accurate account information and be aware that a convenience fee will apply, which is detailed below.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon or account number. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Late fees will be applied on any mailed item received after the due date, regardless of the date on the payment or the postmark date.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Automatic Bank Draft Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money order in-person. If you would like to pay by debit or credit card, please use the online payment service.
On-Site After-Hours Dropbox
You can use the on-site dropbox to submit payments after-hours; however, payments made through the dropbox are not processed until the next business day--regardless of the date on the payment. Cash cannot be accepted through the on-site dropbox.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

The Town of Jonesboro has partnered with nCourt to provide an online and phone payment option to utility customers. If this online or phone payment option is chosen, users are subject to the following fee schedule:

nCourt processes payments through their service. Customers who opt to make payments through the online or phone payment system provided through nCourt must accept and abide by the nCourt Terms of Service and Conditions.
The Town of Jonesboro does not guarantee or accept or assume any liability for any payments made through nCourt.
